Class notes

1990s

Richard L. Dozier ’96, ’04, New Plymouth, is preparing for his 12th year of teaching agriculture at Payette High School.  He and wife, Michelle, have four children: Brennan, 13, Gabriel, 9, Sydney, 6, and Matthew, 2.

Travis Jones ’99, ’01, Boise, has moved from working in Washington D.C. as Senator Larry Craig’s agriculture advisor.  Travis now serves as the Idaho Grain Producers Association executive director, replacing Steve Johnson, UI’s new alumni director.

Lloyd B. Knight ’96, Boise, recently began work as a financial management analyst in the Division of Financial Management in the executive office of Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter.  Knight previously held the position of executive director of the Idaho Cattle Association.

Correction

Greg Mertz ’83, Amana, IA, is a golf professional at Amana Colonies Golf Course—rated the #1 public golf course in Iowa. We incorrectly listed the rating of Amana Colonies’ golf course in our summer issue.
