Longitarsus waterhousei (Kutschera)

Adults are 2.5 mm long and brownish-yellow with a dark head. The hind legs are modified for jumping. Mature larvae are slender with a brown head and legs and are about 5 mm long. Larvae cause damage by feeding on underground roots and stems. Adults chew small holes in leaves. Host plants: mint.
